A venue with a price
Venues are saved once, together with a price. When a game or training is placed there, the cost can be calculated from that price instead of being typed again in every message.
What each person owes
A game and a training can each have their own amount. You see who is taking part and what each person owes. The coach sees what is collected and what is still due. A player sees their own fee, not the whole team's accounts.
This is bookkeeping inside the team. 1Equal does not replace a bank and does not publish a price list. The amounts come from your venues and events.
