What the team keeps in one place
The calendar holds games and training sessions with a time and a place. The roster holds members, numbers, positions and sub-teams. A player marks whether they are coming, in the panel or from the email.
Venues can be saved with a price, so the cost of an event is not calculated by hand. Team expenses and what each person owes stay with that same event.
Coach and player
It starts with the coach and the person who runs the team: they gather the roster, add games and training, and see who has replied. A player sees their own attendance and fee, not the whole team's money. Another team sport can use the calendar, attendance and venue price. Roster positions are defined for each sport.
A phone and a computer both work, because it is a browser, not a separate app.
