Player attendance and availability
A team needs to know who is coming before the lineup is set or the venue cost is split. 1Equal collects those replies on the event.
A reply from the email
A player can mark whether they are coming directly from the email link. At that moment they do not have to open the panel or create a new account to answer that invite. The same reply can be made in the panel.
What the coach and the player see
The coach sees who is coming, who is not, and who has not replied. A player sees their own attendance. The deadline is visible, so a late reply is not a surprise for either side.
Attendance is also the basis for the fee: if an event has an amount, you can see who is taking part and what each person owes. It is the same event, not a second spreadsheet.
